How would one ever know what Trump supports or doesn't support when ever other word that comes out of his mouth is a lie?
#Anyone but Trump.
In 1988, Biden was forced to drop out of the presidential race after he was found to have exaggerated his academic record, plagiarized a law school essay, and used quotes from other politicians in his speeches without attribution.
That's rich, coming from Archie the Plagiarist, who has made a habit of cutting and pasting other people's writing without any attribution or link.

The First Amendment to the U.S. Constitution protects the freedom of speech, religion and the press. It also protects the right to peaceful protest and to petition the government. The amendment was adopted in 1791 along with nine other amendments that make up the Bill of Rights – a written document protecting civil liberties under U.S. law. The meaning of the First Amendment has been the subject of continuing interpretation and dispute over the years. Landmark Supreme Court cases have dealt with the right of citizens to protest U.S. involvement in foreign wars, flag burning and the publication of classified government documents.

Plagiarchie.
It says in the first line who wrote it. The Washington Examiner.

Do you really think the GOP majority, or minority after 2018, would have done ANYTHING after flushing the ACA? They want it gone. Period. There wasn't and isn't a replacement. About the ONLY McCain vote I can get behind. I literally just said in what you quoted "First step is getting rid of Obamacare. John McCain fucked America one last time before he died. I'm not saying we'd have single payer by now if McCain hadn't blocked that. But I am saying the conversation would be farther along because I highly doubt the conversations would be about *restoring* Obamacare. We still need a House and Senate to vote for single payer. And old school GOPers ain't gonna vote for it."
I swear, most of my problems with left wingers in the past 5 years have been kneejerk reactionary ones where as soon as I disagree with a widely messaged, well focus grouped Democrat talking point ... my position, my views and even what I just wrote gets covered by a mask of "STOOPID RIGHT WINGERS!!!!" About two years in I gave up trying to explain nuance to most of these guys. But, c'mon Mojo. You're a cut above.
You don't seem to be considering the fact that the Democrats have spent the past 10 years entrenching behind "defend Obamacare." Something I was warning my friends not to do circa 2014 for crying out loud.
How do you walk back from that position to admit "Yeah, we fucked this up and need to replace the thing we supported and went all in selling as the *fix* to our healthcare industry." The entire primary debates for the Democrat Party were about defending and fixing (ffs ... fixing) Obamacare *instead of* single payer. Single payer was challenging the Democrat plan. So of course the Democrats had to play defense. It should have been challenging the Republican ... nothing. That's how John McCain fucked us. But let's not pretend we were anywhere near John McCain's mind. He wasn't trying to fuck us. He was trying to fuck Trump. Because TDS literally changes how people think. Trump was the reason for his reversal on Obamacare. Not the virtues of Obamacare. Because John McCain, no matter what else he was, was a narcissistic fuckwad who always, as our elected representatives tend to do, put himself first. Queshank

They would have done nothing, at all, other than pat themselves on the back for bringing down a horrible law. I'm all for single payer, and have stated so. As bad as the ACA is, it's better than what was before it. Yes, the Dems want to "fix" the law and defend it at every turn. I'd rather they do that than throw it out in the false hope of the GOP and many Dems suddenly getting woke to SP. I've heard NOTHING in the way of alternatives from the right. Have you?
