This discussion is much better ;-)
Looking like the launch has been moved up to 3:35 CST. If it happens.

Yup. Hope it lands this time.
No more unscheduled spontaneous disassembly.

I confess I have not been following up to now. Part of the reason is I find Elon Musk to be a bit weird. The other is that, well, Trump has occupied my brain far too much this past four years. So now for more pleasant thoughts.
I gather from your comment that a previous "Heavy" rocket blew up in flight. Perhaps it's part of the R&D cycle for new spacecraft. And perhaps we haven't seen it as often in the past since it probably happened mostly over the Atlantic. Or out in the middle of nowhere (like Nevada/Utah/Idaho).
What sort of payload is the SN10 supposed to carry once it's proven trustworthy?

Correction: probable launch time would be about 4:30 pm CST. Also, their launch window extends to 6 pm CST.

Actually, two blew up, but actually completed 90% of what they set out to accomplish. When you see the way this thing is supposed to land, you will understand how difficult it is, what they are trying.
But blowing rockets up is half the fun with SpaceX. They do not engineer for years, then build a nearly perfect rocket. Instead, they build a rocket, try it, let it explode, and then tweak the next one.
This is Serial Number 10 (SN10). And each one has had 1-3 raptor engines in them. But already, up to SN15 are at the launch site, and we've seen 47 raptor engines! They are building like crazy. Freon

Yes, I'm aware of the landing method (seen it in a test of a smaller rocket). That was impressive. And also I recall one that exploded real good.
It's an interesting approach. I just wonder if all the bugs will be out when they get around to putting crews on board.
