Rabbert is so very very clueless. It took me all of three minutes to find out that this symbol, the "Odal Rune" was used by a notorious SS unit of ethnic Germans. And that it's also popular with modern neo-nazi and white supremacist groups.

It is entirely believable that whoever designed that stage knew full well the meaning of the Odal Rune, and designed it that way as a message to other neo-nazis and white supremacists. Who no doubt will be drawn to CPAC already.
