For those who remained silent at the start of Solar's banning binge on LNFs:

You're such a kidder. When they banned you, they were done my friend. These guys that I've known here, some of whom I have known on some form of LNF or another for better than fifteen years . . . They were going to make the place unlivable. They didn't just leave behind you. Fvck that. They stayed behind and trashed the place. It is gone. It is no more. You're welcome. |

I don't remember the context for that. I do know that once you were banned, a rebellion ensued, and now we're pretty much all gone from there, and posting here. The core LNF'ers won't put up with crap like that. |

The day before taxed demanded the LNFs forum pick 3 members to ban I started a thread. Solar went berzerk when he saw my topic title " Employee Accused of Crapping in Ice Cream Machine Has Been Accused of it 71 Times." The article was about a police officer that still had his job after 70 reports of excessive force. My point of course was what other jobs would allow so many warnings and still keep your job. Solar..having absolutely NO sense or irony or humor set about stamping his feet and crying about my post. After a number of PMs and replies from several posters protesting the heavy handed threats .. I was banned and posted here.. Fiddler's LNFs Account has been Deactivated.. Before I was banned I sent PMs to as many of the core posters telling them about this place. Some others were banned. I believe most simply left. In a matter of 2-3 days Solar's LNF had lost everything and we had gained a fully functional, active, interesting forum with a sane Admin.. Read me .. |

One of Solar's most charming attributes was his ability to turn on a dime. Such as, berate somebody for "not backing up claims", and then accusing them of spamming the board if they posted links to articles backing up their claims.
He's a national treasure.
