Apparently this woman got a test before visiting her grandparents. She didn't want to give it to them. She tested positive and cancelled her trip. She planned on self quarentining. The Health Department called her and asked her to sign a document agreeing to quarentine. Something about the wording didn't sit well with her, so she declined. The Health Department took her to court and now her and her husband are on house arrest.
I am worried about the precedent this sets. Government departments shouldn't have the ability to force you to sign documents under duress of loss of freedom.
