No one said that methodologies increase intelligence, but the effort is made to help these people overcome their deficiencies....which is the point that you keep missing. We as a society, while treating the victims with kindness, consider these conditions to be abnormal and subject to medical intervention if possible. We still do research to correct blindness and hearing loss, because it's not a normal condition for human beings to be without sight or hearing. And yes there are things that we can do address "sexual imperfections" as well, but politically we are not allowed to pursue such remedies. It's anti-science to place political correctness over biological reality and compatibility.
It is a kindness to accept people as that are, but irresponsible not to help them overcome these maladies, which in the case of "sexual imperfections" are unnatural personal choices.
There is nothing scientific that can reverse one's sexual orientation. If there were, it would be the choice of that person to address that. Not the choice of the government and yes we as a society should treat people with kindness, no matter what their imperfections are. Not to demonize them and treat them as outcast. If you want to help people, you cannot help them "overcome" a mental deficiency. You can just help them learn to live in this society as they are. There's nothing scientific that indicates that sexual orientation is genetically dictated at all....it's ALWAYS a choice. Nor is there anything that can reverse one's biological makeup as either male or female, either, but we're still being forced collectively to pretend that a magical transformation happens anyway...or else get cancelled.
Why is it OK to keep the government out of such a choice but to use the government to mandate acceptance of that private choice. Make it ALL free of government interference. Do you support full freedom of association, including in business matters?

Wow, that is so not true. The general consensus of science, internationally, is that sexual orientation is NOT a choice. No wonder you are so opposed to it, you think they choose to be the way they are. Do you know any homosexuals? Have you talked to them about this? This is massive ignorance on your part. What's more, there are few, if any, known species of mammals that do NOT have homosexuality in them. It could not be considered more 'natural' to have a part of all mammalian populations that are homosexual. I would like to know where/who told you that homosexuality is a choice. Freon

No wonder you are so opposed to it, you think they choose to be the way they are. Do you know any homosexuals? Have you talked to them about this? This is massive ignorance on your part. No, it's politically incorrect, which bugs folks like you. Major studies indicate that such lifestyle choices are environmental rather than genetic. Genes play just a small role in whether a person is gay, scientists have found, after discovering that environment has a far bigger impact on homosexuality.
In the biggest ever study into the genetic basis of sexuality, researchers from more than 30 institutions including Cambridge University and Harvard, looked at the DNA of nearly 500,000 people in Britain and the US.
They found that genes are responsible for between eight to 25 per cent of the probability of a person being gay, meaning at least three quarters is down to environment.
Scientists said it worked in a similar way to height, in which genes are partly responsible, but other factors - such as nutrition - also play a major role, adding or knocking off inches.
In this case, environment could mean anything from being exposed to certain conditions in the womb, to differences in upbringing or education.www.sott.net/article/426174-Gay-gene-ruled-out-as-biggest-ever-study-on-genetics-and-sexuality-shows-environment-is-major-factor-in-homosexualityWhat's more, there are few, if any, known species of mammals that do NOT have homosexuality in them. It could not be considered more 'natural' to have a part of all mammalian populations that are homosexual. Permanent or long term homosexuality in the animal kingdom is extremely rare, bordering on non-existent. Simon LeVay stated that "Although homosexual behavior is very common in the animal world, it seems to be very uncommon that individual animals have a long-lasting predisposition to engage in such behavior to the exclusion of heterosexual activities. Thus, a homosexual orientation, if one can speak of such thing in animals, seems to be a rarity."en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Homosexual_behavior_in_animalsI would like to know where/who told you that homosexuality is a choice. What you just said is scientifically inaccurate Well, why don't you educate us, genius? Making such a statement without any backup is not very credible.

If you say that there is nothing scientific about sexual orientation and I respond to your post saying that is incorrect, then I think you are the genius that needs to prove your point, genius. Your feelings about gay people is not enough
