The alleged killer is from ingleside...

I lived in south central los angeles for a couple years...biggest cesspool I've ever lived in.

Just had a number of people visiting rhode island from california...they couldn't believe we don't lock our doors in the town we were in...they were flabbergasted...they said they have become so used to crime, they are numb to it - they just accept it as a part of life...

when they saw young kids walking alone to the beach, they really were shocked..

so sad...
