It’s actually a proper ruling. It should never have been dropped in the first place. But a deal is a deal and bringing back charges was technically and legally wrong. The first courts decision and da actions first time around sealed Illinois and chicagos reputation as a democrat run cesspool. This court did the right thing however. Otherwise cases are never closed. |
