IT BEGINS: Ethics committee says woman claims Matt Gaetz had sex with her while underage Matt Gaetz

The report from the House Ethics Committee has leaked today and ABC News is reporting that a woman claims Matt Gaetz had sex with her while she was underage.
It’s important to note that after Biden’s corrupt DOJ investigated this allegation, they found no reason to criminally charge Gaetz and you know they would have if they’d have found anything they could prosecute.
Given that, here’s the report:
The woman who was at the center of a years long Justice Department investigation into sex trafficking allegations surrounding Rep. Matt Gaetz testified to the House Ethics Committee that the now-former Florida congressman had sex with her when she was 17 years old, sources familiar with the investigation told ABC News. |

You are NOT quite completely accurate! Weinstein WAS prosecuted, .. as was Bill Cosby, and both spent some time in prison, .. as did Epstein, until they found him dead. |

Eventually, but this stuff went on for years and nothing happened. Which goes to your question about why it hasn't happened yet.
It probably won't happen until Gaetz is washed-up and no longer useful to anyone.

Not sure if I buy into what you said! I mean after all, .. Matt Gaetz is NOT Donald Trump. On the other-hand, ''LAWFARE'' was UNJUSTLY  used on Trump, though!
So, .. how many years go, .. was this, where this woman claims Gaetz banged her when she was 17?.. And for that matter, if TRUE, WHY did she LET him?

Actually it probably has more to do with the fact that in 30 of our 50 states, the legal age of consent is 16.
So a "had sex with a 17 year old" attack angle is kind of a "are they serious with this?" moment for (more than) half the country.

In fact, it's 17 in 8 more states.
The only states where 18 is the age of consent are:
Arizona, California, Delaware, Florida, Idaho, Kentucky, North Dakota, Oregon, Tennessee, Utah, Virginia, and Wisconsin.
So it's way more than half who think it's a dumb attack.
And over half of the states where 18 is the age of consent voted for Trump ... so ...

I think you're overlooking who is ignoring this.
Most of the country is ignoring this. Which is why it's been a smear percolating for years now, and never gone anywhere.
A few politicians and media pundits and posters on online forums are "shredding him online" ... where ... admit it ... almost nobody else you know frequents. How many of your RL friends and family post here? Or anywhere?
