I don't care about favors, stupid. I exercise for my own good and I also like to run. Fighting and running are two of the main elements of a long life. Sex is a the third one. Have sex as much as you can, it tells nature that you're useful. Running and fighting are also the two elements that send an evolutionary message that says that you're worth keeping around... It's all metaphoric of course and I'll bet that being an imbecile you got it all wrong but... who cares? Unsure if fighting, running, and sex are the three main elements of a long life, I feel like that’s missing some things, but it’s certainly better than other terrible options that many modern humans are taking. I see a lot of people talking about starting a Korean 4B movement here.
For those of you unfamiliar with the movement. It's "no sex, no marriage' blah blah with men.
Let me explain, here from my perch of always getting things like this right, why this is the funniest shit I've seen in awhile.
It proves first of all 1- That women still have the right to choose. The "women's rights" issue was always a fucking dumb and unpersuasive messaging push. That Handsmaid's tale cosplay shit is starting to seem more like a sexual fantasy of women on the left bursting out
Because 2- It also proves that abortion is a men's rights issue as I've argued for years here on the boards. For 10,000 years men would have wanted a system in place where women were easier to bang because there were no consequences. Women making the decision to not have sex with men if they don't have the abortion failsafe? Hi! Welcome to giving conservatives what they wanted all the time you dumbasses.
And 3- It proves men and women do not think about sex in the same way despite decades of feminists arguing "women are just as horny as men." You think any men would start a movement like this? lol the first guy who brings it up would be pummeled within an inch of his life.

There is something wildly hilarious about leftist women starting an abstinence movement. Imagine if it actually works in decreasing unwanted pregnancies. They could even adapt their program for the public schools! The overwhelming majority of US states require that abstinence must be taught to any public school student in any sex ed class. |

No black belt or anything. I lift weights 4-5 times per week. Run once per week. A calisthenics workout once per week. And yoga every day for 15 minutes upon waking. I’ve found the yoga in the morning relatively recently, and it’s been remarkable for my mood, recovery, and general patience with others. I was obviously way too tense physically. |
