Heh, they'll have the Senate, the Executive and possibly the House.
The last couple times they had the majority in the House they couldn't even agree on a Speaker, let alone legislation
They've a two-year window and will pass tax cuts and little else. Then, if history does what it cyclically does, they'll lose the House and we'll have nothing but EOs.
Then, when the Dems are back, the debt will reappear as a campaign issue.

Last time around it was embarrassing. I don’t think any of the Washington insiders understand how from the outside, they appear to be a collective group of incompetent fools. Maybe not all - but certainly the career politicians. On both sides. |
