Irrelevant. Russia will end up with the regions they wanted anyway. Easy for Chickenhawks to think it’s noble for the war to occur and hundreds of thousands to die just for the same result. Go help Ukraine, thor. They need you. OK, bootlicker and Bush 43 voter. Like limey, I reached out to Ukraine, because I'm not a Cuck. Too old. C'est la Guerre. And I did I knowing what war is like (not like a guy who stayed in Kuwait) and got a Purple Heart to prove it, because I am not a moral or physical coward, like you are. Sure, buddy. Darn it! They told you that you were too old. You wanted to help so bad! Dang it!

/facepalm 2 1/2 years later you're still bewitched by propaganda. Queshank
Nah, not the propaganda...my own personal bias. I equate Ukraine's fight for sovereignty amd independence with our own. Don't need the war machine to sell me what I've already bought! How do you think you got there Mojo? When did you come to this realization?
Was it in 1991 when Ukraine was born for the first time in history as a carveout for the regional oligarchy left over from the Soviet Union?
Was it in 2014 when Russia took Crimea (back) and when the people of Eastern Ukraine had launched their own revolution after years of voting against closer ties to the West and a coup that overthrew the election they voted in? (whether inspired by the US's decades of funding pro "democracy" groups to destabilize the region or not ... you can't deny a coup happened in 2014)
Was it from 2014 to 2022 when Eastern Ukraine was disenfranchised and no longer allowed a vote in the direction of the country and on policy issues like banning their culture, heritage and even their language? You know this 2012 map was the last vote the people of Eastern Ukraine were allowed to participate in because I've shown you before.
I mean you do know it was the blue part that launched a revolution right? And got their ally ... France (err I mean Russia) to help em out?
Can you list the similarities between the Ukrainian situation and our own in the 1770s as you see it? I'm curious how you've reached this conclusion "on your own." Can you show your work? Btw that blue chunk in the East? Odessa? That also voted for closer ties with Russia? That's where my family is from and both my grandparents were born. It's called South Russia in all the history books and in my family's culture. You could say I've been paying attention to this part of the world since long before 1991.

BTW that political party called the "Party of Regions" that shows up as blue in Ukraine? Yeah they're banned.
Cuz freedom and democracy. Right?
"No taxation without representation" ... nah. Fuck that right? You don't need that to be similar to our own war for independence. Which was about oil too after all.

The brutal reality is that the West has sacrificed a generation of Ukrainian men and the result will be exactly the same as if Ukraine had negotiated an end to the war early on. But hey, the Russian forces are also diminished, so it’s very noble. It was once okay to call something like this retarded. What are we supposed to call it now?

Queshank And this justifies Putin's continuing genocidal onslaught how? And why are you active in his first line of historical revisionism? What's he paying you? Whatever it is, MFA and I will double it.

I believe Putin has been on defense for some time. But who said anything about justification? Where does this kneejerk tendency towards the histrionic come from? (Psst. I know where it comes from.)
And if this is his first line of "historical revisionism" he's a magician. Somehow going back in time to the 1900s and rewriting the histories. Oh who am I kidding. He didn't have to go that far back. Only pre 2022. And he didn't have to do any actual work. All he had to do was listen to what liberals and the Western press were arguing before Democrats decided to ally with the intelligence agencies, the defense industry, Bush's govt within the govt Dept of Homeland Security and the fucking Cheneys.
Remember when you were standing shoulder to shoulder with people who saw all of those for the evil they are?
I still am. There's a spot here next to me with your name on it. Been saving it for you.

The West sacrificed Ukrainians? I believe it is the Russian bombs, shells and drones that are killing Ukrainians. The West supplying the Ukranian military with arms, intel and logistics is why they're not under Putin's rule. Stopping the flow of arms will be when they're sacrificed, which will be in the next few months. Does the same perspective apply to Israel? Should they just concede from the rivier to the sea to stop the killing. Let's end the war and acknowledge the least number of casualties would be for Israel to surrender to Hamas. I think Trump will tell them, “OK, stop boys. Let’s talk about borders and what you both can be happy about. Stop killing your people and wasting everybody’s money. I am sure we may all be able to do business with each other peacefully and profitably. Let’s hope that works instead of atomic bombs. I don’t think he will have to say anything about the other war in Israel. It will stop.

What does that have to do with Putin's military barbarism? It has everything to do with why you decided to interject Putin into the conversation.
And as soon as you can work through why you kneejerk reacted to throw BUT PUTIN in here and connect Putin to what I said, I'll expand on it. Queshank

Nothing you do from the safety of your home will change the minimum result of that war, which is Russia controlling the pro-Russia eastern part of Ukraine. Given that, what sense does slaughter make?
