In listening to msnbc early this am and also wake up time, they were all obviously stunned. Trying to dig deep to find some hidden reason why trump won. Saying it will take careful and insightful analysis.
Here is the reality.
- it was the democrats who kept trump in the limelight for the entire Biden Harris presidency.
- a vast majority of the democrats efforts were invested in labeling trump and his supporters various names - Nazi, fascist, dictator etc
- then you had all the federal and state initiatives to go after trump on mostly made up charges or charges that were blown way out of proportion. Ie letting an employee use the company hotel room while on business is now called tax evasion.
- the country has been going through a tough time. Many wars or conflicts popping up, inflation, high interest rates, high energy prices, the border chaos.
- the democrats and media spent little time on dealing with the issues. Talking about their plans. Implementing plans.
I get there are many that like jersey shore and housewives shows and drama. But that’s not a solution.
But the avg American just wants politicians to do their job.
- perhaps those in the know knew that Biden and Harris could not lead. Running a country successfully is hard. So instead of developing and sterling a plan, they resorted to using the judicial system and name calling.
Clearly, from nbc and msnbc and cnn the talk is she could not distance herself from the Biden presidency. An acknowledgement that the Biden presidency has not been good.
Let’s hold trump accountable for his performance. He’s got 15 cabinet positions. Let’s see what initiatives he leads with.
