I have always felt this was the worst SCOTUS decision in history. Even a greater risk than Dobbs in that the former affects the latter. We need to sort out a way to stop the squeezing of American wallets and the acceptance of dark money.
Citizen’s United Appears to be a hindrance now that admitting support for a candidate might come with being cancelled, doxxed and even lives threatened.
