Appellate judges have questions about Letitia James' lawfare case against Trump State AG had campaigned for office on the claim she would 'bring him down'

Assembled by Democrats, some of whom actually campaigned on the ideology of getting Trump to "bring him down," they include documents disputes, arguments about his free speech, his business operations and in one case they changed a state law to allow a woman to bring a claim against Trump.
The case is New York Attorney General Letitia James' claims that Trump changed the value of his properties to obtain better interest rates for his business operations.
She brought the complaint on her own, as no one had registered any dissatisfaction with their deals with Trump and his corporate organization. In fact, during the trial before Democrat donor Arthur Engoron, witnesses testified all the loans were repaid on time and in full, they had no concerns about their agreements and, in fact, would like to do business with Trump again.

Dear Leftist Quislings, .. this post was just a sample to tell you all NOT to be TOO terribly surprised when Trump WALKS away FREE from either MOST or ALL of the PHONY charges that were brought by demoncrap party prosecutors, .. whereas .. there was little or NO real evidence against Trump, and NO honest victims, .. and all the so called, FELONIES were PURE bogus INVENTED to hurt Trump politically, and nothing more. 
All in good time, .. and Trump WILL be walking free by HIGHER COURTS!  They even KNOW, .. you CANNOT prosecute innocent people, or use an anti-Trump Judge to STEER a jury to a guilty verdict, and NOT allow Trump to use a defense witness, as everything against Trump was set-up to try to destroy him by democrat party prosecutors who PROMISED to 'GET TRUMP'.. if they were elected.
Trump is gonna walk, and I HOPE that after he WINS the 2024 Potus, .. he LAUNCHES huge investigation into those who tried to DESTROY him and bankrupt him, and put him into prison, and hopefully he will do the same to him, .. only, this time there will be success against them!  |

Yes. When she was running it all had a very communist / socialist look about it. We don’t have a crime but if you elect me I’ll find something and bring him down. The to collude with the governor and have him issue an executive order to remove the statute of limitations for one year to go after him. It is despicable how the democrats have weaponized justice. Basically threw the republic down the toilet. No different than what the left has done in many countries. |
