...Former President Donald Trump was quick to capitalize on his McDonald’s drive-thru stunt on Monday, selling his supporters a $100 “MAGADonald’s” shirt. After Trump went viral serving drive-thru orders at a Pennsylvania McDonald’s – part of an ongoing dig against Vice President Kamala Harris, who worked at McDonald’s as a student – Trump’s campaign and the Republican National Committee rolled out a limited edition shirt to commemorate the occasion. “I HAVE A McGIFT FOR YOU!” declared the campaign on its fundraising page. “I am the first and only 2024 presidential nominee to work at McDonald’s. But thanks to Kamala, prices for a meal are through the roof!” The advertisement continued, “I will Make America Affordable Again, but I’m going to need your help to do it. So before tonight’s FEC deadline, I want to give every TRUE TRUMP PATRIOT a chance to order the official MAGADonald’s shirt before they’re sold out. CLAIM YOUR SHIRT.” The page then presented users with a contribution tab, which required supporters to contribute at least $100 to receive the shirt... www.mediaite.com/politics/trump-sells-magadonalds-shirts-after-drive-thru-stunt-i-have-a-mcgift-for-you/

McDonalds prices have risen 3 times the inflation rate over the last ten years. Is Trump trying to highlight this fact?

...I don't know. But two days after his stunt McDonald's now has an E-Coli break out on the quarter pounder 🤣. It's just a coincidence but still funny 😁...

In 1938, Benito Mussolini closed off a wheat field & did a photo shoot showing him harvesting hay in order to portray himself as a common working man. The event was part of his “Battle of the Grain” initiative, aimed at making Italy self-sufficient in wheat production.

The event was part of his “Battle of the Grain” initiative, aimed at making Italy self-sufficient in wheat production. That was probably a smart move. Seemed authentic for him, as the son of a socialist blacksmith from a small village. Trump's is also likely a smart marketing move. He didn't go in with the same intention as Mussolini, as Trump did not portray himself as a working class individual. He went in with a suit, and looked and acted like an elite that just enjoys being around working class people. It also seemed natural and comfortable for him. He was also trolling Harris, but doing so in a fun way. Even wishing Harris a happy birthday. Harris, on the other hand, always seems inauthentic. As the daughter of two college professors at prestigious schools, and growing up in places like Berkeley and Montreal, she doesn't seem comfortable amongst the people. And her recent discussions about the difficulty of "raising children" also seems completely inauthentic. But she doesn't know what else to do because her life experience doesn't relate to people in middle America at all, but she's trying to pretend that she's one of them.

How much in just the last four years. Speak up so we can hear you. I don't know. Go look it up. I'm not doing your work for you. Never mind Archie. It took me less than a minute to find. Be lesslazy and reliant on others. Most of the items on McDonald's menu have gone up past the roughly 25% that grocery prices have risen. Some items have gone up as much as 200% in that time. Sorry, can't blame Biden for this one.

Most of the items on McDonald's menu have gone up past the roughly 25% that grocery prices have risen. Some items have gone up as much as 200% in that time. Sorry, can't blame Biden for this one. Biden is in power. Not Trump. This is what you are living with now. It was much better when Trump was in charge. A simple fact. McDonald's prices have increased on average by 141.4 percent across several popular items in the past five years, new research has shown. TheStreet, a financial news site, examined how inflation has affected fast-food restaurants, which are typically known for their low prices. The outlet looked at some of McDonald's most popular menu items and compared their 2019 prices with those in 2024, using archived menu pages from fastfoodmenuprices.com. During the last federal election on Nov. 3, 2020, food inflation was running at just 3.9% annually. Fast forward to March 2024, and the latest data shows food prices have risen a whopping 25.8% since then. To put that in perspective, a basket of groceries that cost $100 in November 2020 would now set you back $125.80. That’s an increase of nearly $26 for the exact same food items. The biggest price hikes have been for specific grocery categories like eggs, dairy products, cereals and baked goods. But price rises have impacted all food groups across the board. As of Wednesday, April 10, AAA’s national average cost for a gallon of gas is approximately $3.62, up from the $2.39 figure when Biden was sworn in on Jan. 20, 2021. That means the price of gas has risen more than 50% since the beginning of Biden’s presidency.

When I drove by my local McDonalds this morning I could just see it in the dim, predawn light, an old man was changing the prices on the sign outside.
I had to do a double-take.
It was President Biden!
He's more spry than I thought!

I do not understand why anyone would want the democrat party in charge. Forget the food prices. We are invaded and paying for that too. We are in danger, from within the country and from outside the country. I know the democrat party does not know what to do to turn things around. Especially who they have running for president and vice president. The people did not pick them to run. I am sure there are a lot of democrats leaning people that are smart and see what is going on and they don't like it either. Sorry to say, not many of them post here.

Thanks for not only proving my point, but basically repeating what I already posted, you fucking Ronald Mcdonald. Grocery prices up 25%. Average menu item ay McDonald's up 141% Biden’s fault, durr, durr, durr. You idiot.
