These are communities who are tired of being treated like they don't matter, while their resources, lives and wealth is consumed by a system that doesn't care about them and is not interested in their welfare.

Now we see what its like for the shoe to be on the other foot. A different class is being put out.

They say "the squeaky wheel gets grease." Well, people are starting to hear the squeaking wheels. Some had to have their city burn down around them before they were willing to pay attention.

But they are paying attention now.
