It's a question of zero empty seats vs there being a few empty seats. Either way, there were a lot of un-empty seats. Now, do I CARE that there were empty seats? No. It's not like there were all empty seats, and I do not see how it influences his values or decisions. So why does your side care about this meaningless, and harmless, interpretation of the emptiness of seats? Yeah, it's not 100% accurate, but it is close enough. |

I don't understand the big deal about this. It's a question of him being there on the day, vs being there around that time. Either way, he was there to experience what was going on in China.
Now, do I CARE that he was there at that time? No. It's not like he was heavy into politics, and I do not see how it influences his values or decisions now.
So why does your side care about this meaningless, and harmless, interpretation of his whereabouts at the time? Yeah, it's not 100% accurate, but it is close enough.
