...Inflation in the United States dropped last month to its lowest point since it first began surging more than three years ago, adding to a spate of encouraging economic news in the closing weeks of the presidential race. Consumer prices rose just 2.4% in September from a year earlier, down from 2.5% in August and the smallest annual rise since February 2021. Measured from month to month, prices increased 0.2% from August to September, the Labor Department reported Thursday, the same as in the previous month...Cooling inflation, solid hiring and healthy growth will erode former President Donald Trump’s perceived advantage on the economy as measured by public opinion polls... www.huffpost.com/entry/consumer-prices-us-inflation_n_6707cc5ee4b0f3da6455ef10

All as predicted when democrats shut down small and medium business and then printed money like crazy. We all suffer as a result of their stupidity. In reality. It was intentionally done by the politicians. The stupidity lies with those who voted them in power.

Ahhh. The old companies were not greedy when trump was president. But they became greedy when Biden Harris took over. You have to love how leftists think. Or rather repeat what the mainstream media tells them.

There is nothing consistent with reality in your re-telling.

Anyone who traveled from California to florida or the northeast to florida or Texas or any other red state will tell you. It was shocking to go from blue state and blue city lockdowns and horrific economy crushing measures to freedom florida.

It was shocking to go from blue state and blue city lockdowns and horrific economy crushing measures to freedom florida. The shutdowns caused a supply chain squeeze that we quickly recovered from. The inflation story you are trying to explain was not a supply chain issue, not on net, it was a money-printing issue, and a tariff issue. It was also a Sherman-Act-violating oil company collusion story, not to mention a story about retailers using inflation volatility to hide increasing profit margins. Wait till you learn about which admin was chiefly responsible for all those trillions in newly created covid funds.

Funny how Florida and Idaho and Texas and Montana *also* have inflation problems. We all suffer under the stupidity of federal levels and state and large city idiocy. Arizona and florida have illegal people problems. Is the open border their fault. No The big difference in a place like florida is people worked and businesses stayed open and incomes kept up with inflation. Wages matter. And clearly as a state florida excelled. Good policies be bad policy. Do you think all those people suddenly fleeing left wing places like New York at record levels was just coincidence.

Until the next crisis at least, we'll have normal-ish inflation for the in between, compounding on top of massive inflation. But next time things get scary we have to print more money and inflation goes up again, obviously. We'll be upset and pretend to make noise and then we'll forget and forgive, even if it's just a sort of apathy-driven forgiveness. Or partisan shifting of blame to the other. My preferred elites winning is more important than whether or not my family and my neighbors are suffering. What we've seen is inevitable. There will be more to come. The government is more powerful than ever. There are no negative consequences to these choices for the elites of our society. It's all benefit. And now they have the American "Progressives" joining in defense of the Big Banks, Big Surveillance, the Military Industrial Complex, Big Pharma, etc. Trust the science. Trust the experts. Don't be a "conspiracy theorist". The Narrative and the Programming are objectively impressive. wtfhappenedin1971.com/

The inflation story goes far beyond state policy, it's not even a story of mismanagement. We're lucky to have gotten through what we did without massive deflation and economic catastrophe. We printed like crazy, then slammed on the brakes and it looks like the soft-landing we all joked about is actually in the cards. Other countries look at our economy and wonder how we got so lucky.

The corporations are not making more money. It costs them a lot more for what they sell you. And the prices stay high. The democrat way of socialism or worse is ruining the country financially. And your government pays more for your border jumpers than needy Americans.

Trump has been not in charge for the last four years. And our economy now is a disaster. Why didn’t Biden and Harris fix all that they blame Trump for? I will tell all of you. Because the disaster we have didn’t start until they took over. And not many of you get it. (D) Cult members. And all is getting worse every day. And the open border is the most dangerous disaster.
