So much for constitutional precedent. Greg The electors were legal, and there was precedence to send them. Definitely not fake. The one woman took a plea deal, probably to avoid lawfare, because there definitely wasn't any criminal activity. Some people just can't hold up against legal pressure. You would probably crumble just as fast, if not faster. The electors were NOT legal. Also, Trump’s lawyers plead guilty. Jenna Ellis, Kenneth Chesebro and Sydney Powell. I understand lawfare. Do you? Yep. I understand it's the right wing way of attempting to justify the criminal activities of Donald Trump. Why are you doing that? 34 felony convictions so far. Why stick up for him? Everyone around him is going to jail. Hell, his lawyers need lawyers. Jaysus. Greg Blind partisan, to say the least. What the left has been doing to Trump all these years, that's lawfare. The "right" is not in any political or legal position to wield such power. They don't have the courts, the prosecutors, or the tainted jury populations. |

Mostly the democrats count on the stupidity of the left... any intelligent person recalls the jan 6 hearings, where all the dems argued he was acting in his capacity as a president.... now that that fell flat, they are arguing well, yes, he was president, but now he was acting as a private citizen, not as president...even though he was president.. Did you even bother to listen to the testimony of the Republicans that worked for Trump? Greg If I had the weight of the weaponized biden-harris US justice system coming after me, I suspect I'd be forced to do whatever they want. there are also many in the swamp on both sides who do not want an outsider like trump. Go to jail for 10 years on fake charges and we will pursue you as long as we want and ruin you, or testify for us.... |
