Do bots have free speech rights?
I'm okay with government shutting them down.
If it's a real human behind the screen, then their rights are at stake. If we're talking virtual users (bots/AI), then there're no rights at stake.
A squishier scenario, do troll farms have free speech rights? If they're overseas? What if they're US citizens??

No, the 1st Amendment doesn't protect speech of non-citizens not in America. |
