Why is that important? What does it matter if you get tread on? Explain it to me.
I can't teach you why everyone should be treated equally. I do not have time to educate you from first principles.
I suggest you just accept that if you want society to function this is the best approach. If you'd like examples where this approach isn't followed just read about a few middle eastern countries.

But you won’t explain why it’s important that you not get tread on? Why should I care? If I tread on you, and that helps me or makes me feel good in some way, why shouldn’t I do it? Certainly, if it’s not important that humanity continue, then why would it possibly matter if some of them are forced to wear a hijab? That doesn’t make sense. |

They have crazy ideas. But in this case, they are keeping that crazy to themselves, only to be applied to their own people. If their views on abortion were applied the same way, we wouldn't even have an issue. You should praise them when they do something right, so they are positively reinforced. Freon Nah. There is NOTHING better than a predictable adversary, except having no adversary at all. And this adversary will ALWAYS exist, in this, and every, country. So if we are pragmatic, and we KNOW they are always going to be here, and we also know they are predictable, then we find ways to make it so they can do no harm. This isn't personal. They're freaking out over LEGGINGS? Freon I expect an overreaction from the peanut gallery, but you know better. This is not typical in the Protestant churches that I'm familiar with, and we have them on every other corner here in the South. Our ladies have been in jeans/pants for decades in church.
That being said, the skin tight stretch pants that look like they were sprayed on are not appropriate respect for others. It's not anti-woman to ask for common decency and respect from men and women inside a church.
I don't like them at the gym either. |

Who cares if some communities want to emphasize modesty? I don't agree with those speakers. But if their communities want to abide by certain social norms, who are you all to judge it? You get so overwhelmed and upset when people just judge modern sexuality, without any advocacy of using the government to stop it. But more traditional ways of dressing? That's a real problem?
