From an historical point of view, the United States didn't exist until 1783, even though people were calling themselves Americans before then.
From a historical point of view, Ukraine didn't exist until 1917, even though people were calling themselves Ukrainians before that.
I could go on and on, but that should be sufficient to point out that this is a dumb argument, especially since there is a (nominally?) autonomous Palestinian Authority which has its own borders and could potentially become a state.

From a historical point of view, Ukraine didn't exist until 1917, even though people were calling themselves Ukrainians before that. I could go on and on, but that should be sufficient to point out that this is a dumb argument, especially since there is (nominally?) autonomous Palestinian Authority which has its own borders and could potentially become a state. Probably important to understand Palestine is a region. Self proclaimed Palestinians openly call for a one state solution. An Arab state. People must also understand people like Gilda Meir was from that region. Now is Israel I believe Arabs make up 18-19 percent of the population. Arabs work and live side by side with Jews. There are Arabs in the Knesset. Oh yes, and Israel has two official languages. Arabic and Hebrew. The majority of “Palestinians” support hamas. Hamas is a political party that enjoys more support than Biden. Hamas is a terrorist group. |

Sorry Demos, .. but, I do NOT agree with your comparison! Simcha nailed it correctly in the video, from a real historical perspective.
In truth, .. so called, 'Palestinians'.. have their own homeland,  .. it is called, JORDAN, SYRIA, and LEBANON.. because, that is exactly WHERE they WERE from!
It just so happens that the majority of them ARE Muslims and they DESPISE Israel and Jews in general, .. and would kill them all if they thought they could.

I have watched Simcha narrate history for years on documentaries. I never looked to see what his religion is. I will say this; as soon as he begins speaking of the Bible,Talmud or the Quran as historical texts, I tend to stop listening.
