"Women lost the right to choose" lol
Very powerful statement for suckers (like Make America Great Again). BS, but pretty creative.
Each State is different. Choose your state wisely if you're a slut (excluding this women who was raped).

He will join Diddy in good time. Trump has tried to tell us that what we’ve seen and what we’ve heard isn’t true. He might just not be lying about this one. Should he win, he will be an authoritarian from day one.

A salacious story that is extremely acute and, in the end, meaningless even if true compared to the wider actual issue. A federal ban on abortion is nothing that Trump has proposed, and the Supreme Court Dobbs decision seen as so devastating to abortion rights would explicitly also prohibit as well. But you're not wrong in the end. As a wise man once told me, it's all marketing I suppose.

If a federal law was passed either prohibiting or allowing abortion, the SC couldn't stop it because it is well within congresses constitutional duties. That is unless the court pulls some made up shit from their asses. Row v wade wasn't a federal law.

Wade, the Supreme Court decided that the right to privacy implied in the 14th Amendment protected abortion as a fundamental right.Sep 28, 2022 Googled above. “…The 2022 Supreme Court decision in Dobbs v. Jackson Women's Health Organization overturned the constitutional right to abortion and eliminated federal standards for abortion access. This decision has had a number of implications, including: …” Googled above. “… Dissenting were Justices Stephen Breyer, appointed by President Clinton, and Justices Sonia Sotomayor and Elena Kagan, appointed by President Obama. The said that the court decision means that "young women today will come of age with fewer rights than their mothers and grandmothers." Indeed, they said the court's opinion means that "from the very moment of fertilization, a woman has no rights to speak of. A state can force her to bring a pregnancy to term even at the steepest personal and familial costs." "With sorrow — for this Court, but more, for the many millions of American women who have today lost a fundamental constitutional protection — we dissent," they wrote. …” www.npr.org/2022/06/24/1102305878/supreme-court-abortion-roe-v-wade-decision-overturn
