Trump Scores A Major Legal Win In Georgia Election Interference Case

A Georgia judge has dismissed two criminal counts in the case accusing former President Donald Trump of interfering in the state’s 2020 election results.

The ruling came on Thursday from Judge Scott McAfee, who determined that the charges related to alleged federal crimes were beyond the state’s jurisdiction.

The dismissed charges include conspiracy to commit filing false documents and conspiracy to commit forgery.
