So that position clearly works in every other part of life, that's why we only have school shootings and no other types of shootings in the most armed country in the world.
So, what's going to make it different "this time"?

The most armed country in the world keeps their firearms at home. Democrats like you oppose lawful concealed carry laws as much as you can, outright ban it where you can (just like schools), make it hard or next to impossible where you can. Even in places with concealed carry, only something like 3% of the population gets a license and less carry concealed regularly. It is not some guarantee someone will be armed everywhere, it is simply a guarantee that those who want to be armed for their self defense can be and if they encounter a violent mass shooter they will have the means to defend themselves instead of being slaughtered like you want them to be. We can do more for schools to encourage staff/teachers to carry, enact policies to help, training, grants as well as do more to support SRO's in schools. All better than hanging up a no-gun sign and hoping magic will save the kids. |

I'm not taking their side, but they can be. You can kill numerous people and injure others in a split second, like protesters with a car. All might not die just like being shot. Although protesters on roads deserve it, others not causing any trouble being shot don't. Regardless, I will have to say guns like these refiles are more dangerous. A revolver is more of an argument. |
