There is no reasonable justification for me (or almost anyone else) to be forced to tolerate that. I haven't been following and don't know if the posts are indeed profane and malicious, but if they offend your sensibilities (but perhaps not other people's) why don't you simply move them to "The Bunker: Where the most inappropriate posts and thrreads go to die" as opposed to deleting them? Well, I used to work with a lot of Mormons. Long ago. They were mostly good people, if one didn't offend their idea of what is good and proper. I made several trips to Utah as well. Interesting culture. Wouldn't want to live there, though.

I don't think that would cause the same meltdown effect. He might get butthurt that his posts get moved but people can still see and respond to them. Na, to get full hilarity it's got to be random moderation. Stuff like random short term time outs (if too long he might actually commit suicide or hurt someone else), disappear a couple of his posts here and there, and maybe edit some of his posts on occasion to say the opposite of what he actually said.
