Confiscating property before going through due process is a 4th and 14th Amendment violation. It sounds like Trump was instructing his officers to break the law. It's too bad the Democratic Party (apparently) agrees with him here. Had they impeached him for this, that really would have been something. |

We must add pathological incuriosity. He doesn’t understand the Constitution, it’s amendments or the Bill of Rights. That’s why he wants to trash the Constitution.

Evidence shows Trump’s border wall was an embarrassing failure
It was in September 2019 when Donald Trump traveled to southern California and made an important boast about his border wall. Encouraging television cameras to get an up-close picture of the slats, the then-president said the barrier along the U.S./Mexico border was “virtually impenetrable.”
As we’ve discussed, it wasn’t long before the Republican’s claim was discredited. In 2020, for example, winds pushed over newly installed wall panels in California. (CNN reported at the time that there were wind gusts in the area “as high as 37 mph” — not exactly hurricane-like conditions.) A year later, flooding reportedly ripped off gate hinges from part of the wall in Arizona.
But perhaps most important was evidence that smugglers repeatedly sawed through the barriers with commercially available, off-the-shelf power tools that cost as little as $100. The Washington Post advanced this story in striking ways yesterday.
Mexican smuggling gangs have sawed through new segments of border wall 3,272 times over the past three years, according to unpublished U.S. Customs and Border Protection maintenance records obtained by The Washington Post under the Freedom of Information Act.

I am here seeing what a bunch of numb nuts know. Do you know why they were there and what they were talking about? Wait a minute. Are you all saying that if a person commits a crime with a gun, you don’t take it away from him until after going to court? OK, so if I shoot Biden in the ass, I can keep my gun until after the court hearing. I don’t think so. A person without a permit to carry a gun, if caught turns in that gun right away and then goes to court. Guilty, and then it may take him with a good lawyer to get that permit, so he won’t be arrested again. You see as usual, the propaganda stations leave out the important part of whatever they use. Why was Trump there that day? He did nothing wrong, what were the arguing about? Do you know? No you don't. |

I fired two matches today Fiddler. 60 rounds. Each match 30 rounds. 10 slow fire, you have ten minutes to fire those ten rounds, then timed fire ten rounds. You have 20 seconds to fire five rounds then reload and fire five. And then ten rounds of rapid fire. 10 seconds for each five rounds. Perfect score would be a three hundred. Two matches of course 600. The team here in Florida fire a 90 round match. A perfect score would be a 900. And a few guys do shoot in the 800’s. And I bet you never even heard about the matches shooting with a pistol at targets out to 200 meters. A bit farther than 200 yards. It is called silhouette match. I use my S&W 44 magnum revolver. I have not fired in one of those matches since I moved to Florida. It was popular in Connecticut. My brother was the Massachusetts champion. We did not have a team for that. It was all independent. And there were different classes. Some guys had pistols that fired rifle bullets. I wonder why the democrat party wants our guns. Ha ha ha ha ha. |

I don’t think so. A person without a permit to carry a gun, if caught turns in that gun right away and then goes to court. Guilty, and then it may take him with a good lawyer to get that permit, so he won’t be arrested again. What permit? You don't need a permit to own a gun in Fla. If you needed a permit for a gun then the gov would know where all the guns are. Is that what you want? The large print is for archie. |
