Say it loud and proud. What do you like for cheese? I'm a sharp American cheddar man myself, but, when I lived in Germany, I loved the selection they had over there. What's your favorite? For Gawds sake don't say "Velveta". Greg You haven't lived until you've tasted the genuine Roquefort, Maroilles, Vieux-Lille, Reblochon, Bleu D'Auvergne, Crottin de Chavignol,... and many, many , many more!!! Β Β Β I confess, a true lover of cheeses MUST visit Europe because y'all got the best selection.π When I was growing up, the only cheeses I was ever exposed to was Kraft American, VELVEETA and Cheese Whiz. I had no idea there were so many selections. Recently, a cheese Bistro has opened up in town. Good news is, they've got a pretty good selection. Bad news is it's expensive. Who knew that the moldiest cheese tastes the best. Greg

I like goat cheese on my pizza. I used to go to this place that served chicken pizza with pesto and goat cheese. Incredibly good!

Why? Dictionarys are sew bulky. I tried reading a dictionary once but it changed the subject so often I got bored.

Someone: Havarti?
Someone else: I am Gouda.
