Say it loud and proud. What do you like for cheese? I'm a sharp American cheddar man myself, but, when I lived in Germany, I loved the selection they had over there. What's your favorite? For Gawds sake don't say "Velveta".

Mac and cheese - I use cheddar But there're hard cheeses, semi hard cheeses, soft cheeses and fresh cheese like grandma made. They come white, yellow (it's the dye), streaked with green and blue. They go in and on most everything and even go stand alone. Even Velveta has a use - albeit only a single use. My choice for a true Ain't Gonna Go There Cheese has to be this cheese of many names: casgiu merzu, Casu martzu, kazu matsu, casu marzu, casu modde, casu cundídu, casu fràzigu. I never spelled it incorrectly. That said, I didn't have a problem understanding the misspelled word and damn sure didn't need to correct his spelling. |
