Sad news. Original Eagles member Randy Meisner has died. He was best known for being the lead vocalist for “Take it to the Limit.” He was essentially fired from the band because he no longer wanted to sing it. He felt he couldn’t hit the high notes any more.

The Eagles are my all-time favorite band.
