Just watched a fantastic movie from 2005: "North Country".
It is set in Minnesota, and tells the story of a woman who was sexually assaulted at her workplace in a mining company. She quits and files a lawsuit with is eventually settled in her favor around 1998. I won't spoil the ending, other than to say it sounds like this was an epic case.
It is based on a true story, but all the names have been changed, along with perhaps some other changes.
Starring Charlize Theron, Woody Harrelson, Frances McDormand, among others.
Good flick.
