Link?
I need a laugh this morning...
Broadcast on Fox. OK, my cable service is internet only. No cable TV. So I'd need a link if I was to view this hilarity.

The correct response to that question is neither, "Of course I'd concede graciously," nor "You'll have to wait and see, I'll keep you in suspense." The correct answer is, "A graceful concession is a proud tradition in our country. It would and should take something absolutely extraordinary for any candidate, myself included, to violate that tradition." And leave it at that. Saying you'll concede graciously ahead of time is a lie, unless you're a fool. Just as an example, the Democrats often accuse the GOP of illegally suppressing the black vote. If the Democrats could prove that the GOP did that in such a way as to actually turn enough electoral votes from Biden to Trump to change the outcome of the election, it would be exceedingly foolish, if not actually immoral, for Biden to concede graciously merely because of tradition.

Well, I believe there is some history of presidential elections being undecided by the Electoral College and being thrown into Congress for a re-vote. But that is different from answering the simple question, "If you lose the election, will you concede?".
I think we might both agree that Trump refusing to concede the election when he loses would throw this nation into a turmoil it surely doesn't need.
I'm also concerned that he appears to be trying to suppress mail-in ballots by under-staffing the USPS. If that is what is happening, it would be indeed dastardly.

Yes, that's different, sort of. In the case of a tie in the EC, there would be no "loser" and so the question "Will you concede if you lose" wouldn't apply until after the House broke the tie. It would be difficult to imagine contesting the results of that unless you had evidence of bribery or some such. Even then, I'm not sure there's anything you could do about it. Of course, you could still contest the results in different States in an attempt to break the tie in your favor before the official EC vote. Assuming he has no basis for such a refusal. The problem is that he's such a lying, exaggerating blowhard that it would be easy to dismiss even a legitimate complaint as merely another example of the boy crying "wolf." What I hope for is a decisive victory for whichever candidate wins, with a spread so large that whatever uncertainties exist (and there are always some) would make no difference to the outcome anyway. But yeah, Trump refusing to concede for no real reason could be destructive. I haven't heard that. It sounds counter-productive given that his own constituents have been moving further and further away from him on his COVID-19 and mask stances, which sounds like we can expect more and more of them to take the mail-in route. At any rate, it would be nice for the press to push the idea that we are unlikely to know the results of the election for days or even weeks after election day and that this is OK and not really all that newsworthy. I kind of doubt they will though as a calm reaction to the unknown doesn't drive clicks as much as freaking out over it does.

Because they went so very well for him the last time around, because the lack of attention is killing him, because he needs a platform to bloviate and puff........then, watch his approval ratings dip again as he lies, denies, says something ludicrous and yells at reporters for asking questions. Democrats are happy.

Glad he's wearing a mask and social distancing is good...but if he would just social media distance, that would be fantastic.

I wonder if he's just given up and is trying to soak up as much spotlight as he can while it's still shining on him. There can't be one political operative in the world that thinks Trump holding coronavirus briefings on his own is going to help his numbers.
