What do you enjoy drinking the most? Be specific, if possible. My Top 7, in descending order: 1. Water. Nothing beats a tall, refreshing, ice-filled glass of tap water! 2. Sweet tea. I’m partial to the Pure Leaf brand, but I like all sweet teas and regular iced teas. 3. Passion orange juice. From the carton. 4. Chocolate milk. 5. Pepsi (regular or cherry flavored). 6. Strawberry milk. 7. Orange juice. As you can see, I’m not into alcoholic drinks. Especially beer. Funny story: Once, at this fancy restaurant, I was feeling adventurous and tried a lychee martini. It was very tasty. But then I made the mistake of trying to eat the lychee that was at the bottom of the glass. Yikes!! It was like an explosion of pure alcohol in my mouth!

Well, you had better stay away from alcoholic beverages, they're known for reducing mental capacity. So, given how little more than the strict minimum you have left, you could literally become too stupid to live and die, instead of only being figuratively so. Then again, forget I said that. As you were.

My main beverages:
1) Filtered tap water from the fridge. I keep a jug of it on my desk.
2) Coffee with Stevia, Coffee Mate, and whipped cream. 3) Lemonade laced with another fruit juice, sometimes with refrigerated boxed wine, currently Kirkland California Cabernet Sauvignon.
4) Beer - usually a lager, at most one a day.

Never drink anything with sugar in it, even a little. That's a good way to rotten your teeth in no time! I think it's your George washington who lost all his teeth at a very young age because he kept chewing on sugarcanes.

Well, I sort of doubt there were many experienced dentists around when Washington lived. And yes, eating a lot of sugar isn't great for teeth.
Most soft drinks contain large amounts of sugar. That cannot be good for teeth. And the damage from the sugar is accentuated by the damage from the other components of soft drinks, such as carbonation, which produces acids in addition to the acids created by bacteria that consume the sugar, which can help erode tooth enamel in as little as 20 minutes. Even diet soft drinks contain acids that help break down tooth enamel.
Moi, I haven't had a soft drink for some years now. I was a little alarmed to read from the link below that fruit juices can also accelerate tooth decay. One of the problems for the elderly in America is that Medicare has minimal to no provision for dental care. I understand that President Joe Biden has that on his to do list, but who knows when it will happen.

So in the meantime no soft drink. Jasmine doesn't care she already looks like a piano keyboard (ebony and ivory side by side. )

Even if he'd had refrigeration i don't think it would keep all year. We chewed sugar cane during the fall harvest before it was turned into molasses.
