It really needed it.
And I was amazed at how much food I had been keeping in there. Been a while since I delved through it.
Hey, it's a 14 cubic footer.
Might be enjoying some pork burritos that I forgot I had.

Turns out they were pork tamales. From 2019. Had a couple about five hours ago. Didn't get sick. Yet. We'll see! I would have preferred burritos, though. Not a big fan of the corn wrapping. This time I cooked them in a double boiler with a steam insert. Next time I'll try the microwave. Quicker and may come out better too. We'll see. Also gonna try some Kirkland Salsa as a garnish.
Looks like I have enough frozen food to last a while still.
