I think I bought one a few years ago. It's been stashed away un-used for a few years.

We had one and used it a few times but it was more trouble than it was worth. Gave it away.

Really good for certain things but not usually for large batches. Wings, fries, even eggs. Low oil and pretty quick. We don’t use it a whole lot, but we’ve gotten our money’s worth. A couple of days ago my wife used it to dry orange slices for drink garnishes.

The air fryers with a pull out drawer work well but are a bit small.. I bought one, tried it out and gave it to friend ..
I've used this type for 20 years or so..
It holds more and browns more evenly IMO .. Makes GREAT wings.. Plus you can see the food as it cooks..
There are larger countertop convection ovens that look like large toaster ovens .. They look interesting but I've never used one. I'd use the full size convection oven for big stuff..
Just MHO ...

That one in your post looks exactly like the one I have. I saw it recently while rummaging through a cabinet. Haven't used it for at least a decade.

Yeah .. That design has been around a while.. We might use ours 2-3 times a year.. Usually around college basketball tournament season. Wings, Armadillo Eggs, .. i.e Nibbles.. You can get 4 Cornish Hens in it.. and it does great Panko Chicken Thighs .. But it's kind'ofa Unittasker..

Yes. I mainly use it to heat up smaller portions of things that would typically go in the oven. Where it really comes in handy is reheating stuff so it doesn't get mushy in the microwave.

Yup, my air fryer is an "Oyama". Have no idea where the manual is, though. Probably stashed somewhere. But it does look very similar to the one in your photo.
If I can locate all the racks, I might just try it out again. Maybe with fries. LOL.

Often a little butter and a little olive oil. But, always butter.

Our air fryer is great. It's perfect for small things you'd cook in the oven. We cook fries and tots in it. It's also good for hamburgers, pork chops, etc. But it cooks far faster so I use Google to find cook times.
