Although his major slurring during his speech on Israel (see OP link) has always seemed to me to be the result of loose dentures, probably lower.
Of course, he could have had mini strokes and loose dentures simultaneously. I wouldn't wish that on anyone, but in his case I'll make an exception.

Did Trump need two hands to lift a glass of water because of after-effects of a stroke or because his hands are too tiny to fully grasp it individually? I suppose both is possible.
