Hmmm, I'm not sure I agree with this. 'Tech' companies can mean many things, and while the communications-based ones seem to be laying people off, the foundational ones, the infrastructure-based ones that every single company needs, are still in VERY high demand. Have a Cisco Cert? You've got a job. Know Linux? You've got a job. Know AWS? You've got a job. And then there are the corporate-based services, which are only growing, like ServiceNow, SalesForce, and many others. In the Health industry, if you know Epic, you can write your ticket. And then there's Web3.0, which is percolating in the background, and most people don't even know about it. It's going to explode very soon, like within the next 4-5 years, and over the last two years, the quantity of projects in this space, which will at some point become future companies, have gone from dozens, to hundreds. Soon it will be thousands. So I would not view the slice of tech that's being prognosticated about as representing all tech. It's still a very strong industry, it's just so huge now, it seems like some of the more popular ones represent the whole. Also, very important to realize that being a huge tech company does not protect you from becoming obsolete. This industry moves hyper-fast, and staying relevant means constantly innovating. Facebook, Apple, Twitter, these companies are stagnating, imo. Freon

To educate NPR about your point of view, which appears quite different from theirs.

Ok, Ulysses, what's going on here. Are you trying to antagonize me? I have an opinion. They have an opinion. That's all there is to it. If you disagree with mine, fine, let's talk about that. Freon

You turned a suggestion that you contact NPR into a suggestion that you should contact all news organizations.
You are the one who is out of line here.

I said: "Why don't you give NPR a call?"
You turned that into: "Should I contact all the news agencies I disagree with?"
Why?
