Republicans couldn't pass a health care alternative to the Affordable Care Act after 10 years. Trump couldn't propose a health care alternative after promising to do so for 4 years. Republicans couldn't propose or pass an alternative to the stimulus plan Democrats passed back in May.
Trump sat on his hands and did next to nothing for the first few months of the Pandemic when it was most prudent to act and control it. To the point that your own "action" nowadays is to pretend the problem doesn't exist.
I could go on but Republicans are kings when it comes to inaction. Which is why McConnell has countless bills on his desk that were passed by the House of Representatives but he can't be bothered to vote on them, even if it was to reject them.

Alaska and Hawaii, I was not allowed to go to even though I really wanted to visit, but my staff would not justify it.”
