Texas Pete and melted butter is great wing sauce.. Better than Franks IMO .. .
In the barbecue capital of the world.. Eastern Carolinas .. Texas Pete is a staple. .
Whole hog or no hog ..
Also recommend Melinda's XXX for a wonderful Habanero hellscape and Cholula Green Pepper Sauce for jalapeno and poblano flavors.
