I'm hearing through my spies that some regulars aren't posting like they used to. Why?

I'm hearing there's a lot of Tom Foolery and shenanigans going on that's preventing members from joining, and causing regular members to not post as much.

Like I said, the membership total will stay at 40 and if the admin is still butt sore it will drop to 39 in retaliation for his own shortcomings.
