Here's the thing with faith. Faith is great almost all of the time, until it isn't, which is too often at the worst time when faith could fail. So what, one may ask, is better than faith? One may also ask, what yields better results than faith? Does anything advance the cause and the survival of humanity more than faith? Unless that faith is a faith in science and the humanities? *Ideosyncracies be damned.

There is an expression: "Leap of faith". That clearly implies that "faith" is not based on reason and prudence but is kind of a bet. So when I see people desperately trying to redefine what "faith" means to make them appear rational when nothing could be further from the truth... Well, suffice it to say... I find that entertaining...

The point being when does faith step in? When, where and why then? Faith is fine. I have faith. But faith alone is folly.

I would call you a bigot again... but you already know what you are.

I often describe faith this way when explaining to others what faith means as a Christian: If I show you I have a quarter, then I place the quarter behind my back and return with a closed fist and tell you I have a quarter in my hand. That is the kind of faith we have. We know there was a quarter, you have some trust in me, but you can't see that quarter anymore and you can't see it in my hand, you are asked to have faith in me that I am telling you it is in my hand. Not a perfect analogy, but one to illustrate to your point, it is not some blind faith.

Oh no, some random guy on the internet who claims to live in France and is a bigot is judging me. What ever will I do now.

Yeah, if you are Christian, my ass is the pope. Oh no, some random guy on the internet who claims to live in France and is a bigot is judging me. What ever will I do now. If the real Jesus was alive and anywhere near you, he would tear your arms off for betraying his message. Lucky for you that you don't believe in the Christian god any more than I do (and I don't believe in it at all) otherwise you'd be haunted by the punishment that awaits you after death. People who like you pretend to be Christians are much happier than if they believed. A pretender is a lot worse than "a bigot". In fact, you are a closeted anti-Christian bigot. If the genuine Christians around you (assuming there are any, which is unlikely) knew what you thought of their religion, they would curse the day they met you.

You have about as much interest in knowing and understanding who Jesus is as you do in any semblance of having decorum here. Its just a petty thing to try to attack people... because you are a bigot.

If you weren't such a lying hypocrite you would admit that that is exactly what you're up to. In fact it's your way of confessing who you are while pretending to speak of someone else, in psychology it's called projecting.

What makes someone a Christian? You offer nothing but vague accusations here... stop running away like a coward next time you think I lied about something and explain yourself.

You are a liar, it's obvious that you don't believe in the Christian god any more than rabbit believes in taking care of the fetuses he's so "concerned about", once they are born. You people are a bunch of lying hypocrites who use these things as means of political influence, just as a moronic hick will use a stradivarius to swat a mosquito.

Ah yes... it is so obvious that you can't articulate why or how or answer simple questions. You are an empty suit.
