meat loaf and mashed potatoes. Green beans or baby carrots for a side, sometimes both. Also chicken livers with mashed potatoes. Also partial to fried catfish. My wife makes the best turkey meatloaf, with mashed potatoes, glazed carrots and her mother's coleslaw. It's a great meal. Good to see you, brother. |
