Oh yeah, to the righties. The shooter is a trumpaloon. Might not be that simple. This lunatic went to a Trump rally dressed as Waldo of the "Where's Waldo" and wasn't exactly cheering when the Trump motorcade went by. In another photo, Crimo wrapped a Trump flag around himself, but also captioned the photo "Spam".
Most hip hop rappers are thugs and definitely not Trump supporters, so let's see what comes out.
He's in the red pants. Pepe fan. MAGA Rally ROBERT CRIMO POSTED VIOLENT IMAGES FOR YEARS ... Attended Multiple Trump Rallies

That is one freaky dude!
Gang members fit a profile as serial killers do. The serial killers - maybe except for Ted bundy - always seems to be these freaky looking white young males.

Everyone is a good citizen until they commit a crime. This is a dumb right wing talking point. What is more important to you. Being able to safely send your children to school, go to a supermarket or parade or continuing to purchase these high powered rifles
Why stop at high powered rifles?
Why not allow any American to have as many nuclear weapons as they like?
Exactly

What kind of rifle did Tim mcveigh use again?
How many rapes, robberies, murders, brutal felony assaults happened just this last weekend across the us?
Must the people who were brutally attacked and murdered have their right to self defense taken away?
One we accept there are bad people out there who do bad things, we must accept people have the right to defend against the animals.

And far higher than realistic numbers ..
Do a little research before your piehole starts opening up. The CDC under Obama found that there are between 500,000 and 3 million defensive gun uses every year. The deterrent effect alone likely saves thousands of lives; if a neighborhood is known to have lots of gun owners, a criminal would have to be a moron to attempt to steal or assault such an area. Even if only a third of the houses have guns, a thug has no idea which ones they are. Cherry picking.. your CDC numbers.. is what liars do when not actually lying ..
From that research. ..
Defensive use of guns by crime victims is a common occurrence, although the exact number remains disputed (Cook and Ludwig, 1996; Kleck, 2001a). Almost all national survey estimates indicate that defen- sive gun uses by victims are at least as common as offensive uses by criminals, with estimates of annual uses ranging from about 500,000 to more than 3 million (Kleck, 2001a), in the context of about 300,000 vio- lent crimes involving firearms in 2008 (BJS, 2010). On the other hand, some scholars point to a radically lower estimate of only 108,000 annual defensive uses based on the National Crime Victimization Survey (Cook et al., 1997). The variation in these numbers remains a controversy in the field. The estimate of 3 million defensive uses per year is based on an extrapolation from a small number of responses taken from more than 19 national surveys. The former estimate of 108,000 is difficult to interpret because respondents were not asked specifically about defensive gun use. A different issue is whether defensive uses of guns, however numer- ous or rare they may be, are effective in preventing injury to the gun- wielding crime victim. Studies that directly assessed the effect of actual defensive uses of guns (i.e., incidents in which a gun was “used” by the crime victim in the sense of attacking or threatening an offender) have found consistently lower injury rates among gun-using crime victims compared with victims who used other self-protective strategies (Kleck, 1988; Kleck and DeLone, 1993; Southwick, 2000; Tark and Kleck, 2004). Effectiveness of defensive tactics, however, is likely to vary across types of victims, types of offenders, and circumstances of the crime, so further research is needed both to explore these contingencies and to confirm or discount earlier findings. Even when defensive use of guns is effective in averting death or in- jury for the gun user in cases of crime, it is still possible that keeping a gun in the home or carrying a gun in public—concealed or open carry— may have a different net effect on the rate of injury. For example, if gun ownership raises the risk of suicide, homicide, or the use of weapons by those who invade the homes of gun owners, this could cancel or out- weigh the beneficial effects of defensive gun use (Kellermann et al., 1992, 1993, 1995). Although some early studies were published that re- late to this issue, they were not conclusive, and this is a sufficiently im- portant question that it merits additional, careful exploration.

It continues to be a weak argument when you have to go back almost thirty years to attempt to prove a point when the death toll from gun violence exceeds Oklahoma just from the last week.

What part of "almost all" is taxing that rotting grey matter that is composting between your expansive ears?
Aren't you the one doing the cherry picking, as usual? Your highlighted areas are little more than the researchers saying "we don't like the result, so we need to keep checking!"
And the NCVS is notorious for under counting occurrences because folks are reluctant to share such incidents with a federal agency; even so, they found over 100,000 instances annually.

LOL. So 4 armed civilians killing active shooters out of 61 is a much greater percentage than you thought..You are certifiable As written. Of the 18 who had to be shot to stop the carnage. 14 were police and 4 were shot and killed by civilians. That is the number i found surprising. Of the 18 it’s over 20 percent. That is relatively high.

Why don’t you do us American’s a favor? And move to one of those countries that you think are better than here. Maybe you can move in with pea soup that posts here from France all the time. LOL, so you can’t defend your statement, huh? Your gun can’t prevent this country from becoming a dictatorship. But your vote can. I am back. And I see you know nothing of the history of your own country. Who was it that freed you from the king of England? It was the armed citizens called a militia. And if you don’t think the 100 million people that own guns here in the USA today would outnumber any left wing dictator and his military, you know nothing. Right now, all the registered hunters outnumber our military. In sum, the number of hunters in the United States (about 15 million) is slightly above the number of active military members (about 10 million), and slightly below the total number of military members (about 25 million) in the world’s 10 largest armies. And by the way. That last vote is very suspicious. Biden got not only more than Trump. But millions more than Obama did. And you believe that.

So you want to shoot up people because of something you "beleive" You beleive that Biden did not win and now you want to kill people because of it. that is why crazy ass people like you should not own guns. Do you think that the Ukrainian people are asking for guns to fight Putin? No, you know why because their guns won't do a god damn thing against the Russian invasion. I know enough about history to know that, yes, it was a militia that helped this country become independent. A well regulated one at that. Not a bunch of willy, nilly nutcases with guns like you who think they can solve all of their problems with a gun.

Do you think you could pass a background check to get a permit to carry a concealed weapon? They check your mental records too in case you don’t know. Federal law requires a background check when purchasing from a federally licensed firearms dealer.
