I'm going to give y'all a break. I'm going to give you the hints for an actor, not a movie.
You don't have to play along if you don't want to, and I expect that we'll revert right back
to movies after this one is done. But there is one caveat: NO GOOGLING (or use of other searches).
Everyone would be able to guess it on the first clue, and that wouldn't be any fun now, would it?
1) Broke in playing a couple of film noir supporting character heavies in post-WWII Hollywood.

That said, I will of course respect your wishes. 2) Between his movie and TV acting careers, he also directed and produced what many consider to be the last great film noir movie of the post-WWII era, 1965's Brainstorm. |
