Not a valid comparison. Solar had not been a member of the original LNF for years when it ended. He started his version of LNF as a way to belittle and get even with those who were. KSU started his version in an effort to keep LNF intact and alive. He then brought himself and everyone at his forum here. KSU is legit. |

Well, I feel he is selectively moderating... for example, he chastised me for not providing a "comment" on a fully linked and otherwise legal quote of a published article. But I've since noticed others doing exactly the same thing with no upbraiding from KStu. Then he went and locked one of Greg's threads, ostensibly because people were mocking Greg, or something, about the loss of Greg's cousin to Covid. I feel just deleting the offending posts if any should be more than enough. I can understand Fiddler wanting to balance the moderation here: Fiddler being clearly on the left, TowardLiberty being sort of politically amorphous, and KStu being clearly right wing. And some say KStu "saved" LNF, which I don't recall, especially since LNF has gone through so many different homes since the first creator passed.
But, what the hell. Nobody's perfect, right?

Unless a thread/post was deleted or a poster misrepresented, I'm not sure what real harm could have been done. The mods here are pretty light-handed. KSUAviator has one big thing: post links to other sources appropriately...with a link and commentary. That's about it, really.
Locking the thread about the death of a friend was warranted, in my mind, and is better than deleting posts.
