Y'all know that the heaviest rain and most turbulent air is on the east side of a low, right? The eye of Fay may be west of NH, but NH will get a lot of heavy rain. It may also be difficult to impossible to ensure the safety of the President upon landing in NH. This also shows that the left will literally criticize anything.
Nationwide pandemic that has killed almost 140k people? Rally away.
Rain and wind? CANCEL!!!

All those things are adding assumptions based on the writer's opinion. They are unnecessary. The article is half news, half commentary/analysis.
You seem to be struggling to dispute any of these. Which makes sense, they are more than just opinions based on what can be easily observed and verified.
I am not disputing any of those comments. That is and never was my point. My point is that the writer was interjecting his assumptions (true or not) when a real journalist simply reports the news and doesn’t add his own commentary or analysis. It’s unprofessional.

Sounds like they are just stating the obvious. So no, not really assumptions.

Even if it’s “obvious” it’s still unnecessary elements in what is supposed to be a news piece. It shows a slant. It’s unprofessional.

Would that be Jasman's professional opinion?

Maybe Trump just wants to avoid a repeat of this:
"Oh what a world! What a world!" - Donald Trump

Or maybe lack of interest? It can't be the Tropical Storm, it's not expected to hit at the time the rally was planned for. Unless Trump sharpied that into the new weather map.
Dear Phillip, .. you are dreaming once again. The concern was that the weather was calling for lots of rain storms, .. do not think it was not because of interest in Trump, .. but, if that makes you feel better, .. then, go ahead believe what you want!

All of NH will be covered up with thunderstorms per the aviation forecast. So you have to look at the logistics. Do you chance not getting in and cancelling a rally after everyone is already there or do you put it off a week when the weather might be better? BTW, you do know that a 20% chance of thunderstorms is that there will be thunderstorms? Right? Should the President have a rally where there is a long line and a chance of rain and lightning? There was no reason not to cancel this. You are just a partisan hack that is going to attack anything he does. Your opinion is worthless.
