The fact that all footage from Jan 6 was not released during the hearings and trials is a major violation of Brady, the fundamental tenant of our legal system.

Bullshit. If any "evidence" is being withheld, it's being withheld by attorneys for the hundreds accused and convicted. Video of small groups of people wandering around the Capitol while not part of the group of rioters is irrelevant. Those people in the "withheld evidence" videos that were not released is irrlevant. That video was not relaesed because it was irrelevant to the main issues of the case. And as I already noted, every one of those "innocent" wandering nutjobs were likely charged with trespassing at least. You people can whine about any stupid thing. And do.
