I’m shocked at how clueless the left is. Before the Beijing Olympics the Chinese were cloud seeding to make it rain outside the perimeter of where the games were being played. They ran stories on it. We literally have noaa forms that scientists must fill out and be approved for before consisting experiments. I posted a link to the form in this thread. States are passing laws banning it. And other states won’t put it to a vote. We have a number of bills on the floor now trying to ban it.
