At the time, I was living in florida and volunteered for Katrina for comms. After the local did zero to prepare, and the mayor complete f’ed up on every level, a large group of volunteers and workers joked two days after the storm and seeing what a mess it was due to the local leadership, we joked give it a week and they’ll be blaming bush. We laughed believing it was a joke and that was so far fetched it’d never happen. And then it did.

Look at all the hurricanes we had during the bush years. Magically fema was wonderful for florida. And also magically fema was horrible for Katrina.

The only difference was the local population and how responsible people act, and our mayors and governor.

Bush was the same guy. FEMA was the same fema.

But nice try.

Bull shit. Pfizer produced a “warp speed” vaccine and assumed that it would prevent the spread and infection. Also the vaccine was not as effective as thought due to new strains, however, the vaccine did make the virus less deadly. It does not matter if her claim was true or not, because we are better off with the vaccine than we would be without it

Secondly. Bush was NEVER blamed for Katrina. He was blamed for his response

Please find me one single shred of credible support where Pfizer states “we are going to assume this vaccine will prevent infection and spread”.

And find me one piece of testimony where Walensky states Pfizer told me.

How does a president prevent a hurricane from killing you? How about when you hear one is coming take action to protect yourself. 

Wads you made the claim. You claimed Pfizer “assumed” their vaccine would stop infection and spread.

So show me where Pfizer stated that assumption.
